I have very few card collections given my limited resources and space, but I did decide some time ago to begin collecting on-card Royals autographs. It’s been a blast so far trying to track these things down and this is the latest addition to my collection. To view the cards currently in the collection, take a look at the Gallery. One of these days I’ll be able to spell this due’s name without looking at it. It’s not even that it’s that hard. It’s not even the apostrophe that throws me off. I just can’t seem to get it right the first try.

Not much to say about Kila. With Billy Butler locked down for a few years, one of the two will be the regular 1B and the other will be the regular DH. It’s looking like Kila will get the defense time though I’m not really sure why. Personally, I think they should trade him to the Cubs. Surely he can hit under .200 for less than $10M.
Kila (who I like to call “Killa”) has another auto in 2009 base Bowman (which I have) but would welcome variations of. He’s also got a slew of other 2009 autos, including a T206 that someone in the blogosphere MUST have pulled and one of those letter patch things that Topps Finest had. I wonder if they made an apostrophe one of those…
Apparently everyone who opened a case of Topps Chrome got at least one of these. We did not, so I paid $.99 plus shipping for this Khrome Killa.
