If you’ve turned on any sports [...] It’s a phrase we’ll hear many times throughout our lives. Most of the time the way it’s uttered is riddled with cliche. It’s small talk. You could be discussing something as mundane as your weekend plans on a Wednesday and that co-worker chimes in “Good things come to those who wait.” Right. Thanks for that. [...] New Business: I’m still working on getting the 2003 Leaf Box packed out and shipped to people. The first wave went out last week, next wave will go out tomorrow and the final wave should be by the end of the week. Thanks again to everyone for joining. We’ll dive into a couple of those [...] I have very few card collections given my limited resources and space, but I did decide some time ago to begin collecting on-card Royals autographs. It’s been a blast so far trying to track these things down and this is the latest addition to my collection. I don’t like to see it sit and languish like this, but sometimes you have no other choice. I could go through all the reasons why the posts each week have been slim-to-none, but why bore you with the same old stuff. You people [...] Finally! It’s 3am. I stayed up late to make a little progress on everything, so let’s kick this sucker off right! My hope is to get a box up each day, but don’t hold me to that. This is going to be the biggest Break I’ve ever done and it still won’t break the bank for you. How does 11 boxes covering 10 products throughout 8 years sound? The break is going to be all Topps all the time, but not in the way [...] Keep watching this space, because on Sunday I’ll be unveiling something that will keep this blog occupied for some time starting in late October.
