I’m not a hockey collector, but I am swiftly becoming a hockey fan.  I started watching during last year’s playoffs.  I had no idea what was going on, and I still don’t fully understand the rules and can’t follow who’s doing what when.  All I know is that the game is pretty exciting and I’m looking forward to picking up more of it as I go along.

The Chicago Blackhawks swept the San Jose Sharks (not Muppet-ized) to secure their place in the Stanley Cup Finals.  I can’t wait to watch the Finals as we face whomever it is we’re facing.

For those that are interested, the scan was found on a recent trip home.  It’s a promo card for a Muppet Hockey set.  I don’t know if the set ever actually went into production (anyone know?).  This, I believe, was handed out at the Chicago Comicon – possibly in a pack of promo cards.
