The big day is fast approaching. Have you claimed your team yet in our Archives case break? If you haven’t, please take a look at the list of teams still available and claim them on the main group break page.
We will be opening the case live on ustream most likely Wednesday or Thursday night, depending on when it comes in. Of course, we’ll update the blog once we know.
To make it easier, I’ve even included a list of which autographs are possible for each team (all are fan favorites unless otherwise marked). How’s that for customer service?
**Also, because of this research, we’ve decided to lower the price for a few teams even further. For any team with no autographs possible, the price has been slashed to $13! If you want to pick one of those up as a second team, let’s say $10 instead.
**We’ve had people asking what the plan is for the extra team sets in the product. Based on the comments, I think the fair thing to do would be to abide to the wishes of the individuals. Those that want all of their team sets will get what they paid for. Those that want to exchange team sets and get a mix will have as many available team sets dispersed. We’re going to run out, so we’ll start by keeping it within the division, then within the same league, and go from there the best we can.
**If Lineage is any indication, there should be between 7-10 team sets, so plan for somewhere around there. Any teams that go unclaimed, however, will stay with us and we’ll sell team sets, inserts, parallels and hits like we did last year for a fair cheap price. If you’re trying to complete the base set, or get a good head start, email us or comment after the break and we’ll hook you up the best we can with the leftovers.
I’ll also just throw this out there now: Topps Series 2 is coming out shortly. We have 5 cases coming our way again so if anyone’s interested in pre-ordering a Series 2 set or a full 660 card set from us, email us at communitygum (at) gmail and we can make that happen.

Thinking about it more I would like to keep two sets for myself (Mariners) and the rest trade for within division and/or with others. I’m good with a mix of other cards.

I have previously claimed the Reds, and would like to add the Royals and Rockies. I believe this should be $23 (Royals as additional team) + $10 (Rockies as additional team). I’ll pat $33 to your PayPal account. I am requesting 2 complete sets of the Reds and one of each for the Royals and Rockies, with other bases cards traded for ones I don’t have.
